We’ve gone virtual!
We had an incredible response to our first virtual recovery cafe last week, with people dialling in from Bucks, Portsmouth, Leicester, Oxford, Wokingham, Woodley, Somerset, the Wirral and MARYLAND USA.
Because it was so easy to set up and people found it a useful way to connect, we’ve decided to make this a fornightly session until further notice and we’ll update our page with upcoming sessions – so please share as widely as you can.
Upcoming dates – always on a Friday, 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
Friday 10 April | Friday 24 April | Friday 8 May | Friday 22 May
Join via Zoom
Our virtual recovery cafe is safe space for people in recovery from addiction or supporting others. We offer the opportunity to connect with others in recovery during lockdown via our virtual community.
> Each session includes a short talk, Q&A, time for reflection and an open mic.
> Plenty of laughs and virtual cake, we look forward to welcoming anyone who would benefit from some time with others in an informal setting.
> No sign up or commitment required, just dial in to our fortnightly cafe and please share with anyone who would benefit from a supportive virtual community.
We have a open door policy – even more open now! Offering a safe space for people to join together and seek peer support.
